P40L-P49Y Contest Summary Information

 Conditions were challenging.

We exited Saturday with only 4 mults on 10 meters, despite repeatedly cqing on
the band with no results and repeatedly listening to stations all around us
located in the Caribbean and SAm run stations that we could not hear. 
Fortunately, we were able to make up for the lost time on Sunday during a good
late afternoon opening.

160 was difficult both nights, but especially the second night, with lots of
noise and high absorbtion levels.

We seriously considered downsizing to a multi-single effort in light of the poor
conditions all week and the fact that two of our four operators were suffering
from bad colds.  Among other things, we were concerned there could be 6+ hours
each day when one of the stations would see virtually no activity.  But we
ultimately decided to stick with the multi-two as planned.

As always, despite the challenging conditions, it was a lot of fun.  

Thanks to everyone for all the Qs and especially the many stations that moved
for us to a second band.
